摘要
用HNO3-HClO4分解样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定大枣中Cu、Zn、Se、Pb4种微量元素含量。结果显示:大枣中微量元素含量较高,Cu、Se、Zn、Pb的含量分别为3.77、8.91、29.97、1.55mg/kg,大枣所具有的众多保健作用可能与其含有的微量元素有关。火焰原子吸收光谱法简单、精确,经标准加入回收实验,各元素回收率在94.00%~100.75%之间。
Samples were decomposed by HNO3-HCIO4, the content of Cu, Zn,Se and Pb trace elements in jujube had been determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results show that there are higher levels of trace elements in jujube,which may have something to do with inorganic containing microelements that jujube have numerous health care function. Flame atomic absorption spectrometry is simple as well as accurate and the recovery of all elements is between 94.00%-100. 75% % by standard addition recycling experiment.
