摘要
勤工助学作为解决贫困生经济困难的主要手段和途径,在全国高职院校得到了广泛开展,符合社会发展和广大贫困生自立成长的需要。当前高职院校勤工助学工作存在着勤工助学岗位不足、资金严重不足、岗位质量层次不高、管理体制不健全、育人功能发挥不足等问题。在高职骨干校建设背景下勤工助学工作亟待改革,要健全机构、加强制度建设,紧靠法律、保障合法权益,争取社会支持、推进基地建设,拓宽领域、提升岗位层次,加强关怀、发挥育人功能。
As the main approach to solve the financial difficulties of poverty-stricken students, the work-study program is widely carried out in higher vocational colleges, which is in line with the need of social development and the growth of vast majority of students. At present, the program in higher vocational colleges exists many problems such as the shortage of part-time jobs and funds, lower quality level of posts, imperfect management system etc. Some countermeasures were put forward, such as improving the mechanism, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests by the law, promoting the construction of bases, etc.
