摘要
勤工助学是高校一项必不可少的重要工作,在高校学生培养中起着重要作用。但是目前勤工助学管理工作还存在诸如岗位不足、学生管理不严、劳动教育不足、暑期不组织勤工助学等问题。这些问题产生的主要原因是高校对勤工助学工作重要性的认识不足、贫困生数量增多、学生自力更生精神不足。为解决这些问题,提出相应建议,包括:健全管理机构、加强制度建设;加强劳动教育,提高勤工助学活动的育人功能;努力拓展校内校外勤工助学岗位,积极开展暑期勤工助学活动。
Work-study plays an important role in college students’training,but there are still various problems in its management at present.This paper firstly points out the problems in the work-study management,such as the lack of posts,the lax management of students,the lack of labor education,and the lack of work-study organization in summer vacation.Secondly,it points out that the main reasons for these problems are:the lack of understanding of the importance of work-study work,the increase of the number of poor students,and the lack of self-reliance,etc.Finally,several suggestions are put forward to solve these problems.Suggestions mainly include:strengthening the construction of management institutions,improving the rules and regulations;strengthening labor education,improving the education function of work-study activities;expanding on-campus and off-campus work-study posts,and actively carrying out summer work-study activities.
