摘要
长期以来,高校大学生勤工助学的经济功能突出。而新资助政策的推进,增强了勤工助学育人功能的可能性;学生综合素质的需求,强化了勤工助学育人功能的必要性;社会用工单位的需求,提供了勤工助学育人功能的可行性。今后勤工助学的育人功能将越来越凸显。
Over the years,the work-study program in colleges highlights its economic function.However,the new funding policy enhances its educational function;the needs for overall quality make it compulsory for work-study program to strengthen its educational function;employment requirements entail the feasibility of the educational function.
