摘要
为使高职院校充分发挥奖学金鼓励大学生自觉提高自身政治素质、思想素质、道德素质、心理素质和业务素质,成为适应当今社会的"现代人才",有必要对传统综合奖学金评定方法进行改革提升。针对传统综合奖学金评定方法的不足,以闽西职业技术学院综合奖学金评定方法的改进实施为例,通过采取提高素质要求和结合高职院校自身教育条件及当地文化特色的措施,达到有效改进传统综合奖学金评定方法的目的。
To give full play to scholarship in promoting higher vocational students＇ political,ideological, moral, psychological and operational quality and cultivating talents adaptive to modern society, it is necessary to reform the comprehensive scholarship evaluation. Aiming at the shortcomings in traditional comprehensive scholarship, based on the practice in Minxi Vocational and Technical College, some measures were proposed such as enhancing quality requirements,integrating educational conditions and local cultural features, etc., so as to improve the comprehensive scholarship evaluation.
