摘要
在对高等学校学生奖学金管理过程进行详细调研的基础上 ,通过对其功能需求的分析 ,提出了高等学校学生奖学金管理系统的设计方法。
Basing on the survey of scholarship management in universities,this article introduces new design and general structure of scholarship management system according to the analysis of its need of function,also gives the way to realize the function at the same time.
