摘要
以黑曲霉HY-D3为出发菌株,采用化学试剂—亚硝酸及物理诱变剂—紫外线进行诱变处理以获取果胶酶高产菌株,最终筛选出1株产果胶酶性能稳定且酶活力明显提高的突变株HY-LL3,其酶活力达到了3124 U/g,比出发菌株提高了3.59倍。
As the starting strain of Aspergillus niger HY-D3, using chemical reagents—nitrite and physical mutagen—ultraviolet mutation treatment for obtaining much produced pectinase strains, firstly we screened from 1 strains of mutant strain HY-LL3 whose property stable and the enzyme activity obviously improved and reached 3 124 U/g and raised 3.59 times higher than the original strain times.
