摘要
以富川脐橙皮为试材,采用微波辅助盐析法提取果胶。通过单因素试验和正交实验考察微波功率、微波时间、液料比、硫酸铝用量等因素对果胶得率的影响。结果表明:脐橙皮果胶提取工艺最佳微波时间为5min,功率为400 W,液料比为8∶1mL·g-1,硫酸铝用量为0.7g,在此条件下,脐橙皮果胶得率为22.33%。采用微波辅助盐析法得到的最佳脐橙皮果胶提取工艺参数,可为工业化生产提供必要的技术支持。
Using Fuchuan navel orange peel as test material,the pectin was extracted by microwave assisted salting out method.The effects of microwave power,microwave time,solvent-solid ratio and Al2(SO4)3 usage on pection ectraction were studied using single factor and orthogonal tests.Theresults showed that the microwave time was 5 minutes,optimum pectin microwave power was 400 W,solvent-solid ratio was 8∶1 mL·g^-1 and Al2(SO4)3 usage was 0.7 g,and the extractive yield of the pectin in navel orange peel was 22.33%.The extraction technology of pectin from Fuchuan navel orange peel prepared by microwave assisted salting out method could provide necessary technical support for industrial production.
