摘要
以微波及亚硝基乙基脲为诱变剂,对黑曲霉出发菌株ZYC-06进行复合诱变育种。ZYC-06经微波照射40s、0.06mg/mL亚硝基乙基脲处理10min,最终选育出1株性能稳定且高产果胶酶的突变菌株ZYC-B03,其果胶酶活力为2790U/g,是出发菌株的2.88倍。
The complex mutation breeding of Aspergillus niger ZYC-06 is carried out by using microwave and nitrosoethylurea as the mutagens.ZYC-06 is treated with microwave irradiation for40 sand 0.06 mg/mL nitrosoethylurea for 10 min,and a mutant strain ZYC-B03 with stable performance and high-yield pectinase is selected.Its pectinase activity is 2790 U/g,which is 2.88 times of the original strain.
