On the Legitimacy of Education Reform

摘要 在变革的时代,改革似乎具有无需争辩的正当性,而事实并非如此。理性地审视,教育改革并不具有天然的正当性,只有在适当的时机、接受教育精神的作用且源于改革者深层使命动机的教育改革才具有正当性。所谓教育改革的正当性,简而言之是道义和智慧的统一,是道义上的正当性和智慧上的正当性的有机结合。现实教育改革中的行政化、简单化和庸俗化现象,正严重制约着教育改革正当性的实现,不容忽视。 The legitimacy of reform seems to be unquestionable during era of change, which is not true. Reflected with rationality, the legitimacy of education reform isn't unconditional. The legitimacy of education reform only exist when the reform takes place in the right time under the right circumstances, accept the essence of education, and stem fi'om reformer's deeply embedded motivation of duty. The legitimacy of education reform is the conformity of morality and wisdom, and the dynamic integration of the legitimacy of morality and rationality. The bureaucracy, the simplification, and the vulgarization of education reform in reality have been severely corrupting the legitimacy of education reform, which should never be overlooked.
