摘要
探讨员工忠诚度对员工价值、工作效率和服务对象满意度等的影响以及加强员工忠诚度建设的有效方法。通过营造软环境和打造硬条件,建立起"以人为本"的血站文化和员工忠诚度的管理和监督机制,提高员工忠诚度。员工忠诚度与采供血机构运行效率称正相关。
To evaluate the influence of staff loyalty on the value of staffs,work efficiency and the satisfaction of customers,and to propose measures to improve staff loyalty. A tolerant and people- centered cultural environment was constructed and rigid conditions were established. A supervision and management system of staff loyalty was created in blood bank. Staff loyalty was enhanced. A positive correlation exists between staff loyalty and the efficiency in management of blood bank.
