There is an important relationship between enterprises culture and the loyalty of staff, especially the knowledge employees. Knowledge employees are an important human resources, who are the main creator of the enterprise' s value, and they are also the main aspects of the culture to strength. How to keep them stay up and stimulate their enthusiasm, and how to raise their loyalty, are the main questions of the sustainable development.
