摘要 以企业文化为基础,从企业核心价值观的塑造、薪酬、教育与培训、企业文化再创新等方面探讨知识型员工的忠诚度问题。 There is an important relationship between enterprises culture and the loyalty of staff, especially the knowledge employees. Knowledge employees are an important human resources, who are the main creator of the enterprise' s value, and they are also the main aspects of the culture to strength. How to keep them stay up and stimulate their enthusiasm, and how to raise their loyalty, are the main questions of the sustainable development. This article, based on the enterprise culture, discusses the question from core values, payment, education and training, the innovation of the enterprise culture and so on.
