摘要
对一个凭借先进企业文化由弱到强的大型国有化工企业进行研究,期望对其他企业特别是国有企业和同类的化工企业有所借鉴。采用修订的OCAI企业文化测量问卷和"中国员工组织承诺量表"对该企业员工施测,通过对300份问卷的统计分析发现,该企业企业文化显著影响员工组织承诺,企业文化的灵活性和稳定性维度对组织承诺的解释量最大;个体变量在两量表各维度上差异显著。
It was intended to offer some references to other business groups, especially state-owned ones and chemical enterprises, through the study of a large state-owned chemical enterprise which has survived and is now flourishing with advanced corporate culture. The relationships between corporate culture and organizational commitment was investigated in a sample of 300 subjects from the company, with revised Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument and Chinese Employee's Organization Commitment Questionnaire. It was discovered that the corporate culture and the employee's organization commitment had significant correlation, especially the dimension of flexibility and stability, and that individual diversities showed great differences on the dimensions of the two questionnaires.
