摘要
为进一步探索图书馆员职业胜任力的影响因素,以图书馆普通员工为研究对象,分析子女数量对图书馆普通员工职业胜任力的影响。研究发现:不同子女数量的员工在工作所需的基本知识和技能方面有差异;无子女员工对工作所需的特殊知识和技能掌握较好;无子女员工的情绪管理能力和自我价值感较弱,而开放性较强;育有子女的员工普遍拥有较高的绩效指标。
The effects of the number of children on the competency of library staff are analyzed to further explore the factors affecting librarians' competency. This paper takes the general staff of the library as the object of study. We found: library staff with different numbers of children differ in the basic knowledge and skills required for work. General staff without children have a better grasp of the specific knowledge and skills required for work. Childless staff have a weak sense of emotional management and self-worth, but the openness of them is stronger. Staff with children generally have higher performance indicators.
