摘要
促进教师专业成长需要社会和幼儿园的共同努力。社会要提高幼儿园教师待遇,增加培训机会,为幼儿园教师专业成长奠基。幼儿园一是要分类指导,根据不同阶段的教师发展情况采取不同的支持策略;二是要采取多种策略促进教师的专业发展。
Promoting preschool teachers' professional development needs the joint efforts of the society and the kindergarten. The society should improve early childhood teachers' treatment and increase the training opportunities for them. The kindergarten should first give different guidance and support to individual teacher according to her development stage. Secondly, the kindergarten should take a variety of strategies to promote teachers' professional development.
