摘要
鄂尔多斯学前教育在入园率、教学条件、师资队伍等方面的建设取得了长足的进步,但在发展的过程中也出现了办园不规范、盲目追求硬件设施的配备、忽视软实力的提升、教师专业化程度不高、农村与城市学前教育差距大等问题,这些问题成为阻碍学前教育进一步发展的因素。因此,不断规范办园条件,寻求"内涵式"发展,提升教师专业化水平,缩小农村牧区与城市的差距是今后一段时间鄂尔多斯学前教育发展的路径和方向。
With the development of economy,Ordos＇ pre- school education has made great progress in enrollment rate,improvement of teaching conditions,and cultivation of faculty. But in the process of development,many problems have appeared,like the blind pursuit of hardware facilities,neglect of the increase of soft power,lack of the specialization of faculty,and the gap between rural and urban pre- school education,which are the factors hindering further development of preschool education. Therefore,it is advisable that we should constantly regulate the conditions of running the garden,seek the connotation of development,upgrade the teachers＇ professional level,and narrow the gap between the rural and the urban education.
