摘要
利用有限元分析和断口分析,结合理论计算和现场电流反馈曲线,对某钢厂1780轧机R2粗轧机主传动接轴断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,叉头缺陷不是叉头折断的主要原因;叉头折断不会导致轧辊及轧辊扁头断裂;事故中,上轧辊扁头首先发生断裂,随后叉头孔、下轧辊扁头、叉头虎口依次发生断裂,事故发生。
This article does the research on tracture reasons ot mare drive spindle and working rolls m a 1780 rolhng mill R2 rougher mill, by using finite element analysis and fracture analysis, combined with theoretical calculations and field current feedback curve. The results are shown as follows : defect of the jaw is not the main reason for its fracture ; break of jaw will not lead to fracture of the working rolls and roll flat head; during the accident, the upper roll flat head breaks firstly, then the jaw hole, latter upper roll flat head and jaws of death break in sequence, accident happens.
