摘要
针对目前磨粉机的设计大多根据经验进行,缺乏工作状态的基础设计数据的状况,通过研究辊式磨粉机磨辊动力传递的规律,分析计算了磨辊的受力情况;运用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了磨辊的物理分析模型,并进行了强度计算分析,结果显示了磨辊在稳态工作状态下的应力应变情况。
Aiming at the most design for current rollermills according to the experience and lack of basic design data for working state, the force situation of the rollers was analyzed and calculated through study on the rule of power transmission in a rollermill. A physical model of the rollers was established by means of finite element analysis software ANSYS and the strength was calculated. The results showed the stress and strain of the rollers in static state.
