摘要
采用排除法分析了轧机轧制参数、轧辊辊颈受力情况、辊颈材质,认为断裂辊颈的化学成分异常、辊颈石墨球化效果相对较差是造成轧辊断裂事故的主要原因。
The rolling parameters, the stressed state of roll neck, the roll material were analyzed by using the exclusion method, and the abnormal chemical compositions of the neck fracture and the relative bad graphite spheroidizting effects were regarded as the causes of roll breaking accident.
