摘要
采用宏观断口分析、金相检验及试件的应力拉伸试验,对轧辊辊颈断裂进行失效原因分析。结果表明,此轧辊在制造过程中出现石墨球化和孕育不良等铸造缺陷,组织中石墨出现枝晶状及少量团状石墨,导致轧辊辊颈强度明显下降,在上机使用过程中即发生断裂。
The fracture of rough mill work roll's neck broken was investigated with macroscopic and microcosmic methods. The results showed that in the case of manufacture graphite badly shaped, pregnancy declined and other casting fauhs. Microcosmic appearance of spot and piece graphite can lead to the intensity of the roll neck decline, low intensity leads to accidents.
