基于灵敏度分析的轧机联轴器整体尺寸优化

摘要 文中以某钢厂3800 mm粗轧机滑块式万向联轴器为研究对象,基于灵敏度分析,采用整体尺寸优化技术,寻找结构各尺寸变量的最佳组合,从而减小结构整体应力。建立联轴器的三维有限元模型,并对其进行了极限工况下的静强度分析。分析结果表明:在扁头的圆弧根部、叉头的滑块槽根部和进油孔与弧形面根部有较大应力。通过灵敏度分析,确定了结构各尺寸变量对结构整体应力影响程度,选择灵敏度较大的4个尺寸变量作为设计变量,以叉头虎口应力最小为优化目标,同时约束叉头和扁头应力在适当范围内,对联轴器进行尺寸优化。根据优化结果对结构进行重新设计及强度对比分析。结果表明:轧机整体平均应力减小,最大减幅约70 MPa,说明优化后的结构尺寸配合更科学和更合理,有效提高了联轴器强度。 This article focuses on a 3800 mm rough rolling mill's slide-typed universal coupling in a steel plant.Based on the sensitivity analysis,the overall-size optimization technology is used to find the best combination of the structure's dimensional variables,in order to reduce the overall stress.The three-dimensional finite-element model of the coupling isset up,and the static strength under extreme conditions is analyzed.The analytical results show that there is greater stress at the root of the circular arc at the flat head,the root of the sliding block groove at the fork,the oil inlet,and the root of the arc surface.Through the sensitivity analysis,the influence of different dimensional variables on the overall stress is determined.Four size variables with greater sensitivity are selected as the design variables;the coupling is subject to size optimization,with the minimum stress at the fork head's web space as the optimization objective,while the stress at the fork head and at the flat head is constrained within an appropriate range.According to the optimization results,the structure is redesigned and the strength is subject to comparative analysis.The results show that the rolling mil's average stress has reduced,with the maximum reduction of about 70 MPa;the optimized structural size is more scientific and reasonable,and as a result,the coupling strength has effectively improved.
