摘要
研究梳棉刺辊速度对盖板花纤维长度分布影响问题。用Premier a Qura棉结和短纤维测试仪对五档刺辊速度条件下所产生的盖板花进行了测试。测试结果显示:盖板花纤维长度在6 mm^38 mm之间;刺辊速度为800 r/min时,最有利于盖板花质量改善;刺辊速度为1 000 r/min时,最不利于盖板花质量改善。认为:单纯以纤维长度检测指标来评价分梳过程质量是不准确的,以纤维长度分布情况来评价分梳过程质量更为准确。
Influence problems of carding licker-in speed on fiber length distribution in flat strips were researched. Flat strips produced in five licker-in speeds were tested by Premier aQura neps and short fiber tester. Test result shows that the length of flat strips is between 6 mm - 38 mm, quality of fiat strips can be improved mostly when licker-in speed is 800 r/min. Quality improvement of flat strips is the worst when licker-in speed is 1 000 r/min. It is considered that the quality of carding process only evaluated by fiber length detection index is not accurate. Quality of carding process evaluated by fiber length distribution is more accurate.
