摘要
探讨梳棉机锡林针布齿深对生条纤维长度分布的影响。制定了4个试验方案,采用AFIS单纤维测试仪,在梳棉机不同齿深锡林针布在两档出条速度条件下,对所加工的生条中纤维长度分布进行了检测。试验结果表明:生条中绝大部分纤维是中等长度纤维、中长纤维和长纤维,这3类纤维之和占总纤维含量的62.5%~70.2%,且出条速度无论是120 m/min还是145 m/min,这3类纤维含量均是齿深0.3 mm方案高于齿深0.4 mm方案。认为:减小锡林针布齿深可以有效提高分梳效能,改善生条纤维长度的分布质量。
Influence of cylinder card clothing tooth depth on card sliver fiber length distribution was discussed.Four test plans were made,AFIS single fiber tester was used to detect the processed card sliver fiber length distribution under the conditions of different carding machine tooth depths and two cylinder speeds of card clothing.The test results showed that most of the fibers in the card sliver were medium fibers,medium length fibers and long length fibers.These three types of fiber accounted 62.5%to 70.2%of the total fiber content.Regardless of whether sliver delivery speed was 120 m/min or 145 m/min,the content of these three types of fibers was higher when the tooth depth was 0.3 mm.It is considered that carding efficiency can be effectively increased and quality of card sliver length distribution can be imnpruved by reducing cylinder tooth depth.
