摘要
用AFIS单纤维测试仪对不同的给棉板与刺辊隔距生产的生条质量进行了检测,结果表明:给棉板与刺辊隔距愈小,对纤维(尤其是长纤维)损伤愈严重;单纯以短绒率来表示纤维损伤可能是不全面的;给棉板与刺辊隔距愈小,对棉结和杂质去除越为有利,但对带籽屑棉结去除以隔距较大时比较有利。
Carding sliver quality which was produced by different gauge of feeding plate and linker-in was tested by AFIS single fiber tester. The result shows that the damage to fibers is more serious( especially the long fibers) with the decreasing of gauge of feeding plate and linker-in. It is inaccurate to judge fiber damage only by short fiber content. It is feasible to eliminate impurities with the decreasing of gauge of feeding plate and linker-in, and bigger gauge is suitable for neps.
