摘要
就梳棉机锡林针布齿深对盖板花纤维长度分布影响进行试验研究。实验采取两种不同齿深锡林针布在两档出条速度条件下对棉纤维进行梳理,将其盖板花进行收集,使用Premier aQura棉结和短纤维测试仪对盖板花进行检测,并对盖板花纤维长度分布进行分析。结果显示:锡林针布齿深对盖板花中纤维长度分布是有影响的。从盖板花纤维长度分布角度分析,出条速度为120 m/min时减少齿深更有利于盖板花长度质量改善,出条速度145 m/min时反而不利,这与单独用长度指标来分析并不完全一致。认为通过纤维长度分布来评价纤维的分梳情况比只用长度指标更全面、更准确。
The effect of cylinder clothing tooth depth of carding machine on fiber length distribution of flat strips was studied.Cotton fiber was combed with cylinder cloth with two tooth depths and at two output speeds.The fiber length index and its distribution of the gotten flat strips were tested by the Premier aQura Nep and Short Fiber Tester.The results showed that the fiber length distribution on flat strips was influenced by the depth of the cylinder significantly.When the output speed was 120 m/min,reducing the tooth depth would be favorable to the improvement of length quality;while when the output speed was 145 m/min,the results were on the contrary.This demonstrates that the evaluation of the fiber combing quality made by the fiber length distribution is more comprehensive and accurate than that made only by the length index.
