硫酸法定量分析冰氧吧纤维与粘胶纤维混合物含量

摘要 为了确定冰氧吧纤维与粘胶纤维混合物各组分的含量,采用硫酸法对混合物进行定量试验研究;探讨了试样干重、硫酸溶液配置、试验方法等,并对试验数据进行分析,找出冰氧吧纤维与粘胶纤维的区分方法。指出:硫酸法可有效地对冰氧吧纤维与粘胶纤维混合物进行定量分析,并确定出各组分的含量;在40%硫酸溶液中,温度为100℃时,定量分析需对冰氧吧纤维含量进行修正,修正系数为1.01。 To determine the mixture content of ice-like fiber and viscose fiber,quantative determination is done of the mixture content with sulfuric acid method.Probing is done into sample dry weight, sulfuric acid solution preparation, test methods and such, and the test data analyzed. A method is found identifying the difference between the iceqike fiber and viscose fiber. It is pointed out that the sufuric acid method is fast in quantative determination of the mixture content of ice-like fiber and viscose fiber. Caution is given that when quantative determination is done with sulfuric acid solution of 40% at tempreture of 100 ℃,it is suggested that correction factor of ice-like fiber content be set as 1.01.
