摘要
化工装置仿真实训是高职院校工科学生技能培养的重要实训教学环节。由于化工装置仿真的项目内容多,操作性强,与化工生产过程的关联紧密。针对实训运作过程中存在的问题提出了提高化工装置仿真教学质量的六条措施:构建"能力本位"课程体系,优化职业课程和化工装置仿真内容;坚持"理实一体化"的教学思维,将基础理论知识学习与仿真实训操作实训环节有机结合;完善教学手段,丰富学习方法;加强教学团队建设,提高指导教师业务素质;整合校内外教学资源,优势互补,克服仿真实训的弊端;参照国家职业资格证制度,完善考核方式,建立科学、合理的评价体系。
Chemical simulation training is an important practical part in skill training of vocational college students . Due to multi-contents and simplify operation of chemical simulation , it is closely associated with chemical proces-ses.In practical operation, there are some problems.Aiming at these problems, the article puts forward six meas-ures to improve the teaching quality of chemical simulation:to construct “ability standard” curriculum system , and optimize the occupation course and chemical device simulation , to combine theory study and chemical simulation training, to enrich learning methods , to strengthen the teaching team building , to overcome the disadvantages of simulation training and to improve the evaluation system in a scientific and reasonable way .
