摘要
以学院实训平台(仿真软件、煤制甲醇仿真工厂)为载体,配合以企业岗位工作过程为导向开发的项目化课程,开发能让学生有代入感的虚拟教学情境。通过相对真实的化工企业工艺操作岗位及中控室的模拟,让学生完成DCS操作与控制、反应器岗位操作、反应器初步设计等实际操作控制、优化及选型设计,充分调动学生的积极主动性,提高学生的操作技能及职业素质。
Taking the college training platform(simulation software,coal methanol simulation factory)as a carrier,and cooperating with the project-oriented development of the enterprise job work process,a virtual teaching situation can be developed that allows students to have a sense of substitution.Through the simulation of relatively real technical operation positions and control rooms in chemical enterprises,students can complete DCS operation and control,reactor position operation,reactor initial design and other actual operation control,optimization and type selection design,and fully mobilize students'initiative.Improve students'operational skills and professional quality.
