摘要
介绍了在机理分析基础上开发的对二甲苯装置仿真系统的软硬件结构、模型、仿真算法及功能。该系统能够模拟装置工艺及控制系统特性 ,对操作人员进行开停工及事故处理等操作培训。
Software and hardware structure, model, simulation calculation and the function of simulation system for PX unit, which is developed on the basis of mechanism analysis are expounded. The system can simulate the process and control system of PX unit and provides operation training such as start up or shut down as well as accident treatment for the operator.
