摘要 随着化工行业的发展壮大,自动化程度不断提高,对化工高素质技能型人才的需求与日俱增。这对化工类专业毕业生高素质技能型人才提出了更高的要求。而高职化工仿真教学为培养学生操作技能、化工经验、职业胜任能力奠定基础。作者通过调研各化工企业,结合学院开设的化工仿真实训,分析现阶段教学过程和仿真系统存在的问题,探究提高教学质量和职业胜任能力举措。 With the development of chemical industry,the degree of automation continues to improve,the demand for high-quality technical personnel is increasing.This to the chemical engineering major graduates high-quality technical talents put forward higher requirements.The simulation teaching of chemical engineering in higher vocational colleges lays a foundation for training students’ operation skills,chemical industry experience and professional competence.Based on the investigation of chemical enterprises and the chemical simulation training offered by the college,the problems existing in the teaching process and simulation system at present are analyzed,and the measures to improve teaching quality and professional competence are explored.
