摘要
目的探讨医教结合两种服务模式对学龄期脑瘫儿童粗大运动功能的影响。方法采用两种服务模式对辖区内特教学校中的脑瘫儿童进行康复治疗,同时采用脑瘫儿童粗大运动功能测试量表测试患儿干预前后的变化。结果经过一个学期的干预,两组儿童训练前后粗大运动功能均有显著差异(P<0.05),医教结合服务模式对两组患儿运动功能都有明显改善。结论不同社区医教结合模式均能有效地提高学龄期脑瘫儿童的粗大运动功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of combinatory service of community education and medical care on the motor ability for school age children with cerebral plasy. Methods The children subject to different type of service were evaluated by the motor ability evaluation form before and after the intervention. Result After a semester of intervention,two groups of children,s gross motor ability was significantly different before and after training(P〈0.05), children subject to the combinatory service were significantly improved in motor ability. Conclusion The combinatory service model of community education and medical care can significantly improve the gross motor ability for school age children with cerebral palsy.
