摘要
牟宗三"良知坎陷说"中蕴涵的内圣开出新外王理论,一直被学界误以为是"无中生有"模式的创造,这种理解基于对该理论作因果逻辑的判释。误解主要表现在:作为"内圣"主要内容的道德实践无法直接创造出科学与民主。若换从辩证逻辑的维度来审视道德开出新外王所具有的实践必然性,可能更有益于人们理解该理论。同时,"良知"所具有的道德与超道德两层内涵,又展示了它在辩证开显中的复杂性。
The theory that the new king outside is created from the holy inside is implied in Mou Zongsan' s Thought of Conscience Self-negation, which has always been misunderstood as the model of creating something out of nothing. This view is the cause-and-effect interpretation of this theory. The major misunderstanding lies in the fact that moral practice as the main content of the holy inside cannot directly create science and democracy. It is of great benefit for the correct understanding of this theory to observe the necessity of practice in which the new king outside is created from the morality from the perspective of the dialectical logic. Meantime, conscience, with the double connotations of morality and amorality, also exhibits its complexity in the dialectical development and moral practice.
