摘要 中国石油天然气股份有限公司抚顺石化分公司0.66 Mt/a焦化汽油加氢装置以焦化汽油和烃重组汽油为原料,采用中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院开发的馏分油加氢精制催化剂FH-40C和二烯烃饱和催化剂FHRS-1,生产满足指标要求的乙烯原料。由于焦化汽油进料中注有阻垢剂,还设置了二烯烃饱和反应器,使二烯烃在低温下加氢饱和,避免了二烯烃在加氢反应器床层结焦。装置自2012年6月投产以来已连续安全运转22个月。对装置的工程设计与工业标定进行总结,对装置的工业运转标定结果进行简要分析。结果表明,馏分油加氢精制催化剂FH-40C和二烯烃饱和催化剂FHRS-1效果良好,能够生产满足指标要求的乙烯原料;装置精制汽油收率为98.85%;单位进料的能耗为442.13 MJ/t,达到国内先进水平。 In the 660,000 TPY coker naphtha hydrofining unit of PetroChina Fushun Petrochemical Company, the coker naphtha and hydrocarbon recombination naphtha was processed to produce on-spec ethylene cracker feedstock by using hydrofining catalyst FH-40C and diolefin saturation catalyst FHRS-1 developed by FRIPP. As the fouling inhibitor was injected into the coker naphtha feed and diolefin saturation reactor is installed to saturate diolefins at low temperature and avoid coking of diolefins in the reactor bed, the unit has been operating continuously for 22 months since its start-up in Jun. 2012. The engineering design of unit and results of performance tests are analyzed, which shows that the distillate oil hydrofining catalyst FH-40C and diolefin saturation catalyst FHRS-1 offer good performances to produce on-spec ethylene cracker feed. The yield of refined naphtha is 98.85% and unit energy consumption is 442. 13 MJ/t feed, which reaches advanced level in domestic units.
