摘要 分析了中国石油大庆石化公司炼油厂300kt/a汽油加氢精制装置在2007年7月21~2007年9月24日2个月的运行情况,指出系统压差迅速升高迫使装置停工的原因是换热器壳程结垢堵塞。进一步分析了换热器壳程结垢的原因为:①原料油焦化汽油在储运过程中性质变差,胶质含量升高;②原料油中的铁含量高及因设备腐蚀生成的FeS的存在。根据分析结果制定了相应对策。 This article analyzes the performance of a 300kt/a gasoline hydrogenation unit in the Refinery of PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Company during July 21,2007 to September 24,2007 and points out that the cause of the shutdown of the unit,a result of the rapid increase in the pressure differential of the system,is the scale buildup in the shell pass of the heat exchanger.It attributes the scale buildup to: ①the deterioration of properties and the increase in the content of colloidal matters in coker gasoline ,the feedstock oil,during storage and transportation ;②the high content of iron in the feedstock oil and the existence of FeS resulting from the corrosion of equipment.The article proposes countermeasures based on its analytic results.
