延迟焦化装置的扩能改造

摘要 福建炼油化工有限公司延迟焦化装置处理量从0.4Mt/a扩大到0.6Mt/a,扩能50%,投资1718万元。加热炉采用了减少热负荷及提高热效率的措施,降低了循环比及直接用减压塔底热进料,并对加热炉本身改造提高热效率;分馏塔、焦炭塔、富气压缩机及换热设备也作了相应的技术改造。工业标定结果表明,产品质量满足要求,装置能耗降低31.2%,年增经济效益1000万元。 The capacity of the delayed coker in Fujian Petrochemical company was expanded from 0.4 Mt/a to 0.6 Mt/a with a capital investment of 17.18 million yuan. The measures taken on the furnace were reducing the heat load and raising the heat efficiency. The recycle ratio was decreased and the hot feedstock was directly feeded from the vacuum column combined with the furnace modification. The fractionator, coke tower, wet gas compressor and the heat exchangers were transformed correspondently. The result of the test run showed that the product qualities met the requirements. The unit energy consumption decreased by 31.2% and the annual profit increased by 10.038 million yuan.
