摘要
阐述了Gardes工艺技术的反应机理、技术特点及工艺流程,并以中国石油天然气股份有限公司抚顺石化分公司120万t/a汽油选择性加氢装置工程为例,说明Gardes工艺技术在脱硫率高、辛烷值损失小、加氢产物无需碱洗直接调和、工艺简单、操作费用低等方面是切实可行的。
The reaction mechanism, technical features and process flow of Gardes technology were discussed, and application of Gardes technology in 1 200 kt/a gasoline selective hydrogenation unit of Fushun petrochemical company was introduced. The results show that the Gardes technology has high desulfurization rate, low octane number loss, simple process and low operation cost, the hydrogenation product can be directly blended without caustic washing.
