摘要
中国石油宁夏石化公司新建120万吨/年催化汽油加氢脱硫装置,采用中国石油和中国石油大学(北京)合作开发的GARDES技术及其系列催化剂,以催化汽油为原料进行选择性加氢脱硫,催化剂具有良好的运转稳定性,同时具有较高的加氢活性和选择性,很好的满足调合生产国Ⅳ汽油的要求,同时兼顾生产国Ⅴ汽油产品,实现汽油产品质量的升级换代。
The new 1.2 million tons/year catalytic gasoline hydrodesulfurization unit of China petroleum Ningxia petrochemical company uses a new technology GARDES and the catalysts of the same series, which is developed by China petroleum(CNPC)and China university of petroleum(Beijing). This technology uses catalytic gasoline as raw material for selective hydrodesulfurization and its catalyst has a good running stability and also has high hydrogenation activity and selectivity, which leads the processing products to meet the state Ⅳ gasoline blending requirements with the acceptability for the production of state Ⅴ petroleum products to achieve the upgrading of gasoline quality.
