摘要
文中介绍了某炼油厂优化催化汽油烯烃降幅分布的工业实践。通过操作调整、分析数据对比,得出烯烃含量降低至满足国Ⅴ排放标准汽油的要求时,如果单独在重油催化裂化装置或汽油加氢脱硫装置降低烯烃含量时,经济效益较差,而分别适当降低时的经济效益最优的结论。
This paper introduced the industrial practice of optimizing catalytic gasoline olefin decreasing amplitude . By operation modification, analytical data comparison, it was concluded that, when olefin content is decreased to meet the requirement of the national V emission standard, if the olefin content is decreased only in the heavy oil catalytic cracking unit or only in the gasoline hydrogenation unit, the economic benefit is poor, while the economic benefit is optimal when it is properly decreased respectively.
