摘要
文中对某1.0 Mt/a催化汽油加氢装置的设计和标定进行总结,并对装置的标定结果进行了分析。结果表明,预加氢反应器、加氢脱硫反应器、加氢后处理反应器内气液相分配均匀,PHG-131、PHG-111、PHG-151催化剂脱硫效果良好,满足国VI标准中硫含量要求,且烯烃饱和少、辛烷值损失小。
This paper summarized the design and calibration of 1.0 Mt/a catalytic gasoline hydrogenation unit,and analyzed the calibration results of the unit.The results showed that vapor-liquid phase was distributed evenly prehydrogenating reactor,hydrosulfurization reactor and hydrogenation postprocessing reactor and the catalyst PHG-131,PHG-111 and PHG-151 had desulphurization effect and satisfied the requirements of sulfur content in standard VI,with less olefin saturation less octane loss.
