催化裂化汽油选择性加氢脱硫技术的工业应用 被引量:2

摘要 对催化裂化汽油选择性加氢脱硫(ALG)技术在山东齐成石油化工有限公司(以下简称齐成石化)和山东石大胜华化工集团股份有限公司(以下简称石大胜华)工业装置的运行状况进行了标定。结果表明:该技术具有汽油产品收率高,辛烷值损失小,装置运行周期长,操作弹性大等特点;尽管齐成石化催化裂化汽油选择性加氢装置存在负荷率(64%~65%)偏低,原料催化裂化汽油含硫量(500~1 100μg/g)波动大,混合汽油含硫量(6~7μg/g)控制过低的特点,但是产品的平均辛烷值损失仍可控制在1.7个单位;石大胜华催化裂化汽油选择性加氢装置负荷率(达到150%)较高,原料催化裂化汽油含硫量(400~600μg/g)稳定,混合汽油产品含硫量(8~11μg/g)控制适度,产品平均辛烷值损失可控制在1.0个单位。 The unit running states of Shandong Ji- cheng Petrochemical Co Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Jicheng Petrochemical) and Shandong Shida Shenghua Chemical Group Co Ltd (hereinafter re- ferred to as Shida Shenghua) with catalytic gasoline selective hydrodesulphurization ( ALG ) technology were calibrated. The results showed that the ALG technology had higher yield of gasoline products, lower loss of octane number, longer operation cycle, larger operation elasticity, etc ; although some prob- lems existed in catalytic cracking gasoline selective hydrodesulphurization unit of Jicheng Petrochemi- cal,such as, lower load rate (64% -65% ), largerfluctuation of sulfur content (500 - 1 100 μg/g) of raw material( catalytic cracking gasoline) and lower control of sulfur content (6 -7 μg/g) of mixture gasoline, the average octane number loss of gasoline product could be controlled at 1.7 units. For Shida Shenghua, the load rate ( 150% ) was high, the sulfur content (400 - 600 μg/g) of raw material catalytic cracking gasoline was stable, the sulfur content (8 - 11 μg/g) of gasoline product was moderate, and the average octane number loss of product was controlled at 1.0 units.
