摘要
某石化公司的聚丙烯装置PK-501液环压缩机性能达不到设计要求,无法满足工艺弹性操作需要。经过技术调研及论证后,决定采用刷涂SIC耐磨陶瓷冷修复技术,将该装置液环压缩机PK-501叶轮与腔板配合间隙缩小。PK-501液环压缩机维修改进后,提升了该设备性能且工艺操作弹性增大,延长了该装置运行周期。
The performance of the PK-501liquid ring compressor in the polypropylene plant of a petrochemical company could not reach the design requirement and flexible operation requirement of process.After technical investigation and demonstration,it was decided to use cold recovery technique by paining SIC anti-friction ceramics and make smaller the fit clearance of impeller and cavity plate of the liquid ring compressor PK-501.After maintenance and improvement of the liquid ring compressor PK-501,the equipment performance was promoted,the process operation flexibility was increased,and the operation cycle of the plant was extended.
