摘要
鉴于以校企行深度合作为基础的高技能人才培养模式,对企业与高校间实现强强联合、优势互补、双方共赢的重要性,首先阐述了南京工业职业技术学院物流管理专业人才培养模式改革的依据,接着分析了校企行合作可以解决的人才培养中的相关问题,详细探讨了开展校企行合作人才培养模式改革的具体措施,最后对三方合作的意义进行了总结。
In this paper, we first introduced the basis for the reform of the cultivation mode of the logistics management specialty talents for Nanjing Vocational＆Technical College of Technology, then analyzed why the cooperation of school, enterprise and industry could solve the problems therein, discussed in detail the specific measures to implement the reform, and at the end, summarized the significance of the three parties.
