摘要
在“一带一路”倡议下,培养具有国际化素养的会展专业人才是市场所需。为了解决现有会展专业尤其是北京地区会展专业人才培养中的问题,针对开设会展专业的高校和会展企业展开了问卷调查和专家深度访谈,同时对当前高校培养会展专业人才现状和企业对会展专业人才需求之间的差异和吻合度进行对比分析,并提出今后应持续优化并全面构建国际化全过程会展管理类人才培养体系,提高全行业从业人员素质,推动我国会展业的可持续发展。
Under the background of The Belt and Road,it was the market demand to train international exhibition professionals with digital literacy.In order to solve the problems in the training of exhibition professionals,the paper compared the differences and consistency between the current situation of training exhibition professionals in colleges and universities and the demands of enterprises for exhibition professionals.It also put forward that the international exhibition management talents training system should be continuously optimized and constructed comprehensively in the future,so as to improve the employees of the whole industry quality,and promoted the sustainable development of China’s exhibition industry.
