摘要
伴随外资会展企业的进入,我国会展业国际化逐渐发展并成熟。国际化发展是区域会展企业发展的重要方向,而会展业国际化发展的不断深入离不开国际会展人才的支撑。针对目前会展业对服务型国际会展人才的需求情况,文章以广东职业技术学院对服务型国际会展人才的培养实践为例,提出了以英语语言基础为核心,以英语运用能力为主线,以会展企业岗位技能为背景,以展会项目为支撑的服务型国际会展人才培养模式,明确'英语+会展'的服务型国际会展人才培养体系,构建'校企行'深度融合、协同育人的服务型国际会展人才培养机制。
With the entry of foreign exhibition enterprises,the internationalization of China’s exhibition industry is gradually maturing and developing.Internationalization development is an important direction for the development of regional exhibition enterprises,and the continuous deepening of the internationalization development of exhibition industry cannot be achieved without the support of international exhibition talents.For the current exhibition industry’s demands for service-oriented international exhibition talents,taking the practice of serving-oriented international exhibition talents in Guangdong Polytechnic for example,this paper puts forward serving-oriented international exhibition talents cultivation mode with English language basis as the core,the ability to use English as the main line,exhibition enterprise job skills as the background,and the exhibition project as support.Clarify the'English+exhibition'service-oriented international exhibition talents cultivation system,and build service-oriented international exhibition talents cultivation system based on the deep integration of school-enterprise and cooperative education.
