义乌是依靠市场办会展的典范,近年来义乌会展业蓬勃发展,促进了义乌市场功能的提升和影响力的扩大,形成了市场与会展互为依托、互动融合、互促共荣的关系。后金融危机时代,在欧美国家消费模式调整、全球气候变暖以及国内制造业加速转型升级的大背景下,义乌小商品市场发展面临着大规模出口难以持续、国内市场发展空间受限的挑战,义乌小商品市场要想发挥其在我国商品流通体系中的主体地位和战略作用,必须以会展业为一个着力点,通过搭建专业交流和展示平台、大力发展专业展会、拉动城市现代服务业发展,实现市场的转型和升级。
Yiwu is a good example of relying on its market to develop Convention Exhibition industry.In recent years,the rapid development of Convention Exhibition industries have improved Yiwu market's functions and enlarged its influence.The interaction relationship of mutual support,mutual integration,mutual promotion and mutual prosperity is formed between market and Convention Exhibition.In Post-crisis era,under the background of consumption model readjustment in European and North American countries,global warming,and accelerating upgrading of manufacturing industries in China,Yiwu market faces the challenges of hard continued large exports and restricted domestic market development.If Yiwu market intends to play its important strategic role in China's commodity circulation system,it must put the pivotal stress on the Convention Exhibition industry to realize the transformation and upgrading of Yiwu market by establishing exhibition platform,cultivating special Convention Exhibitions and developing modern service industries in the city.
