摘要
文中通过构建完善的多方参与产学研合作模式,建立了整合校内外、国内外多方资源的人才培养综合模式。以学校为主体,物流行业、重点物流企业、物流行业管理部门等多方面有机参与,多个课堂联动、多个平台并举的协同育人机制,培养知识、能力、素养协调统一的高级专门人才。吸纳多方共同参与物流专业人才培养目标设计、专业方向设置与改造,课程与教材开发,积极推动产学研联盟发展。
By building the multi- party participation in Cooperative Mode,this paper established an integrated multiple resources of personnel training mode. Schools as the organic participation, logistics companies, logistics industry management departments, interaction, multiple platforms simultaneously cooperative education mechanism, cultivate knowledge, ability, and accomplishment of the harmonization of specialized talent. Absorb multiple resources participate in research alliance, design the professional training plan, set and adjust the professional direction, develop the curriculum and materials, promote the development of research alliance.
