摘要 在棉籽壳发酵过程中 ,发酵料干重、纤维素和半纤维素含量逐渐减少 ,而木质素含量逐渐增加 ;在发酵期间除胞外HC酶、漆酶和果胶酶活性相对较高外 ,胞外CMC酶、FP酶、β -葡萄糖苷酶、淀粉酶、过氧化物酶和蛋白酶活性均较低且有时为零 ;在发酵后 3~9d期间 ,在每次翻堆后 ,堆心高温区温度稳定在 6 0℃以上的时间均超过 12h ; The dry weight of fermented materials and the content of cellulose and hemicellulose reduced gradually,but the content of lignin increased gradually and except that the activities of extracellular HCase(hemicellulase),laccase,pectase were relatively high,those of extracellular CMCase(carboxymenthel cellulase),FPase(filter paper cellulase),β-glucosidase,amylase,peroxidase and protase were all very low and sometimes no activities were observed in the course of cotton seed hull fermentation.The time all exceeded 12 hours in which the temperature maintained over 60℃ in the high area of the central portion of the pile after each turning in the first 3 to 9 days of the fermentation.The pH of the materials at the early stage of the fermentation decreased rapidly.
