摘要
文化消费之于农村居民个体和农村经济社会发展均具有重要意义,在经济发展步入新常态的当下,推进农村文化消费更具特殊意义,它直接关系到农村消费的梯次升级,有助于促进经济发展由高速增长向高质量发展的顺利转变。但从农村的实际情况来看,文化消费虽已取得积极进展,但仍然存在诸多问题,突出表现为消费支出占比过低、城乡差距过大、消费层次不高等。在新常态下,有效推进农村文化消费,亟需进行路径创新,而强化政府干预则是应然之举。强化政府干预以推进农村文化消费,要加大农村公共文化产品供给,治理农村文化消费环境,加强农村文化消费引导。
The cultural consumption is of great significance to the individual farmers and the rural social economy.With the development of economy entering the new normal condition,it is of special significance to promote rural cultural consumption.It is directly related to the transformation and upgrading of rural consumption.It will help promote the smooth transition of economic development from high speed growth to high quality development.From the actual situation in rural areas,cultural consumption has made positive progress,but it still lags behind.The proportion of consumption expenditure is too low,the gap between urban and rural areas is too large and the consumption level is low are outstanding performances. Under the new normal,it is imperative to innovate in the path for effectively promoting rural cultural consumption,and strengthening government intervention is the right thing to do.Firstly,the supply of rural public cultural products should be increased;secondly,the rural cultural consumption environment should be governed;finally,the educational guidance of rural cultural consumption should be strengthened.
