摘要
文化创意产业在全球的快速发展已经多年,我国则在文化产业的语境下即将完成"倍增计划"。文化产业融合创新取得新进展,催生了文化创意新业态。文化创意产业创新发展模式,促进文化与其他要素融合,通过与技术的融合,"把生意做成文化",通过与金融的融合,"把文化做成生意"。我国经济发展进入新常态,意味着大众消费也必然进入新阶段,而文化消费是新常态下消费的新趋势。北京市文化消费引领全国,带动了创意产业的发展。北京市文化创意产业早已成为仅次于金融服务的第二大支柱产业,其跨界融合创新的发展模式在推动文化创意产业本身快速发展的同时又促进了文化消费的增长,从而进一步形成文化产业的大市场。
Cultural and creative industries have been developing rapidly around the world for many years and China is about to accomplish its Income Doubling Program in this context. The integration of innovation has made a new progress and given birth to new formats of cultural and creative industries. Cultural and creative industries have innovated the developing model and made a systematic transformation to the economic society. By integrating with technology,it has been transforming business into culture,and by integrating with finance,it has developed culture into business. Chinese economy has come to the stage of new normal,which means that mass consumption is bound to enter a new stage and cultural consumption is the new trend in the new normal economy. In Beijing,cultural consumption drove the development of creative industries and led the whole country. The cultural and creative industries in Beijing have become the 2nd largest pillar industry after financial services,and the cross-border integration and innovation development model not only promoted the rapid development of cultural and creative industries,but also the growth of cultural consumption. All of those will further establish the cultural industry's big market.
