摘要
通过文献资料、逻辑分析等方法对数字化技术促进农村体育治理路径进行研究,认为数字化技术具备使各方治理力量有效结合、治理主体有效协调、促进数字体育在农村体育治理决策中的转型、激活农村体育产品和服务运营等功能。对于数字化技术在农村体育治理中存在着数字化基础设施建设落后、数字人才匮乏、数据共享存在障碍与法律法规建设滞后、数字化技术用途异化等问题,提出了要加强农村体育数字化基础设施建设,促进农业发展夯实治理基础;培养和引进数字体育人才;促进数据的共享开放,完善治理主体间的法律法规;引导数字化技术的使用,加强农村体育文化的建设等治理路径。
The main role of digital technology in promoting rural sports governance is reflected in:effective combination of governance forces of all parties and effective coordination of governance entities;multi-party participation and integrated rural sports governance interface,promoting the transformation of digital sports in rural sports governance decision-making;Digital technology activates the operation of rural sports products and services,and strengthens the economic foundation of rural sports governance.However,the rural digital technology infrastructure cannot effectively support the digital construction of sports governance.The lack of sports digital talents weakens the functions of digital sports;the obstacles to data sharing and the lag in the construction of laws and regulations make it difficult to achieve the integration effect of the digital platform;the alienation of the use of digital technology delays the rural sports culture construction.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of rural sports digital infrastructure,promote agricultural development and lay a solid governance foundation;cultivate and introduce digital sports talents;promote data sharing and openness,improve laws and regulations between governance entities;guide the use of digital technology to strengthen rural sports culture construction.
